Installation is included for all our wallpaper materials (UAE customers only) except our peel & stick removable wallpaper. Our peel & stick removable wallpaper is DIY installation only, and is shipped free of charge from Australia (for orders under AED2500), within approximately 3 weeks. If your order is over AED2500 please see our Peel & Stick delivery terms here.

Any orders under AED1000 automatically incur a AED30 delivery fee.

Paper: Our art posters are printed on quality 280 gsm white Photo Matte art paper.

Wall Hangings and Canvas: are printed on 390gsm pure cotton matt stretch artist canvas fabric with a waterproof coating.

Our framing materials are solid wood and available in four colours - beech, white, silver and black. All wall hanging hardware is attached.

Our 30 x 40cm frame has a width of 1.8cm.

Our 50 x 70cm frame has a width of 2.5cm.

Our 75 x 105cm frame has a width of 3.5cm.

Our wall hangings are hung on two solid wood rods with a 1.8cm diameter.

If you would like your poster printed in a specific size or framed in a particular colour or style, please give us the dimensions (in cm) and frame details in an email, and we can provide a customised quote.

Paper Pop does not hold stock. Every artwork is printed or framed to order and therefore, every order is made and prepared especially for you. This means that we require a little time to print or frame your order before we ship it to you.

PRINTS: Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your poster art to be printed and delivered.

FRAMED PRINTS: Please allow up to 7 business days for your poster art to be printed, framed and delivered. PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY SHIP FRAMED PRINTS TO DUBAI LOCATIONS ONLY. If you have ordered a framed print and you live outside of the Dubai emirate, we will refund your AED30 delivery fee and provide you with an address to collect your framed print from our framers in Satwa.

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason except for damaged or defective prints.

Please ensure you have selected the right sized print for your space before placing your order. If you believe a print or product is defective, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and send us some photos so that we may assess the issue.

Custom prints and artworks are not subject to returns or exchanges.
