Paper Pop does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason except for damaged or defective prints. Paper Pop does not hold stock. Every order is made to print and therefore, every order is made and prepared just for you.
Please ensure you have selected the correctly sized piece for your space when placing your order. If you believe a print or product is defective, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and send us some photos so that we may assess the issue.
Custom orders are not subject to returns or exchanges.
